We are seeking a skilled OpenText Asset Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for providing expert-level support and maintenance of our platform.

Key Responsibilities :

• Provide 3rd Level support to our platform
• Maintain the platform and its infrastructure
• Be the primary contact for : Platform Owner
• Technical Issues and OpenText
• Internal development requests from stakeholders
• Develop stories for our Platform and, as well, Onsite Support, Electronic Workplace, Infrastructure, Networking and Telecom Teams
• Write test cases
• Track Release status together with Release Management

Requirements :

• At least 5 years experience as OpenText Asset Manager Engineer and Administrator
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Strong background in software engineering
• Expertise in ITIL processes and IT Service Management best practices
• Willingness to be on call when needed
