️ Role Overview

We're on the lookout for a talented Senior Digital Art Designer to join our close-knit team and create eye-catching designs for our online marketing presence. In this role, you will own projects from concept to execution, shaping Lodgify's visual identity and setting the tone for our brand.

You're a passionate designer with experience crafting compelling visual identities across various formats. You understand the power of design to enhance conversions, guide the users, and evoke positive emotions—bothfor our customers and employees.

You'll play a key role in maintaining and evolving our brand identity, working within style guides to design marketing materials, including brand campaigns, email designs, social media assets, landing pages, templates, and video elements—all with a cohesive look and feel.

Beyond execution, you’ll define the creative vision, oversee internal development, and ensure brand consistency across all touch-points.

How will you make an impact?

• Collaborating with the marketing team to conceptualise and execute high-impact designs across all marketing channels (landing pages, ads, social media, email, and in-app messaging) while ensuring brand consistency and correct messaging for each target.
• Defining and executing our style guide and design systems to enable the marketing team to scale creative assets efficiently without compromising brand integrity.
• Leveraging your expertise in art direction and digital marketing to create, test, and refine designs and visual concepts based on performance data and specific business needs.

What makes you a great fit?

• 8+ years of design experience with expertise in Figma, Adobe Illustrator, and Photoshop, plus familiarity with emerging AI design tools.
• A standout portfolio showcasing digital marketing designs, including Google Display ads, Facebook/Instagram creatives, high-converting landing pages, eBook templates, and email designs.
• A strong grasp of design principles, UX & UI best practices.
• Excellent English communication skills (both written and spoken).
• Experience in Creative Strategy—developing concepts, guiding brand vision, and leading illustrators, designers, and video editors.
