Nestlé S.A. is seeking a DevOps and QA Automation Expert to shape Quality Engineering within our DevSecOps model. You will ensure automated validation, quality gates, and traceability are embedded in pipelines while guiding architecture decisions and reusable automation.

Collaborating with Automation Engineering, QE Governance and Platform teams, you will drive shift-left testing and contract-driven validation across UI, API and data layers, enabling scalable, sustainable pipeline capabilities.

Formación

• 7+ years of experience across DevOps, QA engineering, software engineering or related technical disciplines.
• Experience with CI/CD pipeline architecture and automated validation.
• Knowledge of Git-based workflows, branching strategies and PR controls.
• Experience implementing QA/testing practices in microservices/API-led architectures.
• Experience with contract testing and validation approaches.

Responsabilidades

• Provide Quality Engineering direction within the DevSecOps model, ensuring QE practices and automated validation are integrated into CI/CD pipelines.
• Guide pipeline architecture decisions, Git workflows, branching strategies and pull-request controls.
• Promote contract-driven validation, shift-left testing and risk-based validation across UI, API, data, and services.
• Collaborate with DevOps, QE and product teams to translate QE requirements into scalable pipeline capabilities.
• Advance adoption of QA/testing practices for composable and distributed architectures.
• Influence technical direction and adoption through clear communication and collaboration.
