UST España Latam in Galicia, Spain, seeks a Senior DevOps Engineer to design and maintain scalable cloud infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, and IaC across cloud and on‑prem environments. The role emphasizes security, observability, and AI-enabled workloads.

You will work remotely from Spain, collaborating with global teams to implement DevSecOps and robust automation while supporting AI initiatives and data-driven solutions.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in DevOps, Cloud Engineering, Site Reliability Engineering (SRE), or similar roles.
• Strong hands-on experience with: Microsoft Azure and/or Amazon Web Services (AWS)
• Proven experience with: Kubernetes, Docker, Jenkins and/or Azure DevOps and Terraform
• Strong scripting and automation skills using Python, Bash, PowerShell, or similar languages.
• Experience implementing monitoring and logging solutions such as Prometheus, Grafana, or Azure Monitor.
• Solid understanding of networking, security, and cloud architecture principles.
• Experience working in Agile environments.
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• English B2

Responsabilidades

• Design, implement, and maintain scalable, reliable, and secure cloud infrastructure.
• Build and manage CI/CD pipelines to automate software delivery processes.
• Develop and maintain Infrastructure as Code using tools such as Terraform and CloudFormation.
• Manage containerized environments using Docker and Kubernetes.
• Administer and maintain Windows Server virtual machines.
• Monitor system performance, availability, and security through observability and monitoring tools.
• Implement DevSecOps best practices and ensure compliance with security standards.
• Troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure, deployment, and application-related issues.
• Participate in architecture reviews and contribute to technical decision-making.
• Support infrastructure and platform capabilities that enable AI and data-driven solutions.
