UST España & Latam is seeking a DevOps Toolchain Engineer to design, operate, and evolve enterprise DevOps capabilities across CI/CD, source control, deployment tooling, and security‑scanning.

You will collaborate with developers, platform teams, security, audit, risk, and compliance to build secure, scalable DevOps services that improve developer experience and governance, leveraging cloud-native patterns and policy‑as‑code.

Formación

• Design, operate, and evolve enterprise DevOps toolchain capabilities across CI/CD, source control, deployment tooling, artifact repositories, and security scanning.
• Collaborate with engineering, security, audit, risk, and compliance teams to build secure, auditable DevOps services.
• Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps, GitHub Enterprise Cloud, and CI/CD platforms.
• Strong knowledge of DevSecOps principles and secure software delivery.
• Experience with REST APIs, serverless architectures, and event-driven patterns.

Responsabilidades

• Design, build, operate, and continuously improve enterprise DevOps toolchain capabilities.
• Administer and support platforms including source control, CI/CD, build agents, deployment tooling, artifact repositories, and security-scanning tools.
• Provide third-line support for DevOps platforms and related services, including troubleshooting and incident resolution.
• Develop policy-as-code services that evaluate compliance evidence and enable automated release governance decisions.
• Drive automation, resilience, reliability, and continuous delivery practices across the toolchain.
