A leading company in digital finance is seeking a Senior DevOps Engineer to architect and maintain essential infrastructure for Tether Data. You will be responsible for ensuring high availability and security best practices in a globally distributed team. Ideal candidates should possess extensive Linux administration experience and understand advanced DevOps practices, contributing to empowering infrastructure solutions.

• 5+ years Linux systems administration experience required.

About the job

We seek an experienced Senior DevOps Engineer to architect, deploy, and maintain critical infrastructure for Tether Data. The ideal candidate combines deep technical expertise with a security-first mindset.

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Experience managing mission-critical systems with 99.99% uptime
• Excellent documentation and communication skills
• Proven incident management and resolution experience
• Ability to work independently and globally
• Strong security, threat detection, and mitigation experience

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain high-availability infrastructure with hundreds of servers
• Manage deployments and updates
• Implement monitoring, alerting, and incident response systems
• Collaborate to optimize application performance
• Conduct security audits and hardening
• Mentor junior team members

Job requirements

• 5+ years Linux systems administration experience
• Expertise in :
• Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Ansible)
• Container orchestration (Docker / Podman)
• GPU container management
• Security practices and hardening
• NodeJS deployment and scaling
• Monitoring tools (Prometheus, Grafana)
• CI / CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab, Github CI)

Additional : Experience with FIDO2 and Yubikeys for server management is a plus.
