About the job

We seek an experienced Senior DevOps Engineer to architect, deploy, and maintain critical infrastructure for Tether Data. The ideal candidate combines technical expertise with a security-first approach.

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Experience managing mission-critical systems with 99.99% uptime
• Excellent documentation and communication
• Proven incident management skills
• Ability to work independently and globally
• Strong security and threat mitigation experience

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain high-availability infrastructure for hundreds of servers
• Manage deployments and updates
• Implement monitoring, alerting, and incident response systems
• Collaborate to optimize application performance
• Conduct security audits and hardening
• Mentor junior team members

Job requirements

• 5+ years with Linux system administration
• Expertise in:
• Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Ansible)
• Container orchestration (Docker / Podman)
• GPU container management
• Security and hardening
• NodeJS deployment and scaling
• Monitoring tools (Prometheus, Grafana)
• CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab, GitHub)
• Git version control

Usage of FIDO2 and Yubikeys for server administration
