MIGx is seeking a Senior DevOps Engineer to design robust engineering processes and platforms. You will bridge development, infrastructure and security, architecting scalable, secure solutions that enable rapid software delivery while maintaining high standards.

The role focuses on architectural leadership and strategic decision-making, with hands-on work in CI/CD, IaC, cloud architectures in Azure and AWS, and observability. You will mentor teams and shape the SDLC across the organization.

Formación

• 5+ years of experience in DevOps, SRE, Platform Engineering, or infrastructure roles.
• Strong hands-on experience with Azure and Azure DevOps.
• Deep understanding of CI/CD architecture and IaC (Terraform).

Responsabilidades

• Design and evolve end-to-end SDLC with security and controls.
• Define governance boundaries between Dev, Ops and Security.
• Collaborate with development teams as a technical partner.
• Coach engineers on reliability and deployment safety.
• Lead cross-team discussions to improve processes.
• Document architectural decisions and trade-offs.
