Contract Opportunity: Senior Backend Developer – Microservices Architecture (Spring Boot)

Location: Hybrid - Some office time in Malaga

Contract Duration: 6 months with extension possibility

About the Company: Our consulting client is seeking a highly skilled Back Testing DevOps Senior Backend Developer – Microservices Architecture (Spring Boot) for a 6-month contract opportunity with their banking client. The working arrangement involves onsite presence 3 days per week in Malaga. We are looking for a Senior Backend Developer with strong expertise in Microservices Architecture using Spring Boot to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and developing robust backend solutions aligned with product requirements and architectural standards. This role requires active participation in software design, development, optimization, and agile delivery.

Your Responsibilities:

1. Design and develop backend technical solutions in line with defined product requirements.
2. Drive efficiency in software development processes through best practices and optimization.
3. Implement alerts and monitoring metrics to ensure system performance and stability.
4. Collaborate on technical solution design to ensure alignment with architectural standards.
5. Ensure that all software, whether new or under maintenance, meets quality and security standards.
6. Apply software quality and security controls throughout the development lifecycle.
7. Contribute to and support the agile development process and sprint cycles.
8. Define and promote best practices for development, automated testing, and deployment.
9. Utilize Spring Boot and Spring Cloud frameworks effectively.
