We are looking for a Senior Developer (m / f / d) to join our team.

About the position :

Reporting directly to the Head of Innovation Department, you will work with colleagues from the Innovation Department as well as other departments (IT, Operations, etc.) across all countries. Your primary responsibility will be ensuring that all users can effectively utilize the company's IT tools to perform their tasks efficiently.

Your activities :

• Design, develop, and maintain software applications and IT tools
• Troubleshoot and resolve software issues
• Ensure compliance with Nayak IT policies and procedures
• Ensure scalability, security, and performance of applications
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define technical requirements and solutions
• Draft technical documentation, user guides, and best practices
• Train and support users on new or updated tools

Your profile :

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field (preferred)
• Strong problem-solving skills, accuracy, and accountability
• Results, quality, and process-oriented mindset
• Teamwork and cooperation attitude
• Excellent English skills (oral and written)
• Eligible to work in the EU
• Knowledge of tools such as Ngnix, Command line, Insomnia, Material Design, PhpStorm (or other IDE), Xcode, Android Studio is a plus
