We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Developer with expertise in PHP, web technologies, modern frameworks, and some experience in .NET to join our dynamic team. The role involves supporting, developing, and maintaining web applications, mentoring junior developers, and participating in agile development processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement new features in PHP MVC architecture using Yii2 and Flight.
• Support and maintain legacy .NET applications.
• Support containerized and traditional web applications.
• Follow agile methodologies (Scrum or Kanban).
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
• Participate in code reviews, provide feedback, and mentor junior developers.

Candidate Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• At least 3 years of PHP development experience with best practices knowledge.
• Proficiency in modern PHP frameworks and MVC architecture.
• Exposure to .NET frameworks.
• Familiarity with Agile SDLC methodologies.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• High attention to detail and quality.

Desirable Skills and Experience

• Experience with large MVC PHP applications.
• Familiarity with Python and Flask.
• Ability to mentor developers.
