Job Description:

From Luxe Talent, an international recruitment and training consultancy specializing in Fashion, Luxury, Retail, and FMCG, we are managing for one of our clients, a Fashion Brand, the position of Senior Designer Menswear in their offices in Barcelona.

Our consultancy collaborates with various firms in the Luxury, Premium, and High Premium sectors across Europe, with offices in Ámsterdam, Barcelona, Berlín, Braga, Londres, Madrid, Milán, París, and Zúrich.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage the styling department's current needs, including:
• Preparation of technical sheets and descriptions of fashion products;
• Manage a team of Junior Designers;
• Prepare technical drawings, monitor, and evaluate prototypes and samples;
• Communicate daily with suppliers to monitor production processes;
• Gather information on fashion trends;

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Design/Fashion;
• Fluency in Spanish & English;
• At least 5 years of passionate experience in fashion, preferably in menswear;
• Experience managing people;
• Proven skills in sourcing execution strategies;
• Ability to analyze problems and make decisions;
