A global consulting firm is seeking a Senior Design Manager specializing in Railway Design to lead a team focused on international projects primarily in the US, Canada, and Australia. The ideal candidate will have over a decade of experience in technical roles and project management, driving quality and communication within diverse teams. A Master's degree in civil engineering is preferred, along with experience in significant Railway projects.

We are currently recruiting a Senior Design Manager with solid experience in Railway Design and Team Leading , to join our busy and expanding experienced team with special focus on US, Canada and ANZ markets. The team provides assessment, concept, feasibility, preliminary and detailed designs on a wide range of Railway Projects across the globe.

Qualifications Minimum Requirements

• Proven track record of technical work on Railway design collaborating with international and multi-cultural teams (+10 years), combined with project management or design management experience (+2 years) on large international Railway Projects.
• Strong technical leadership of teams in the delivery of Railway projects focused on delivering for the Client.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work within teams or in a wider collaboration.
• Proven commitment with Quality Control Policy and Quality Management System.
• Experience working in the US, Canada and / or ANZ will be highly valuable.
• Fluent in English (oral and written).

Preferred Qualifications

• Master’s degree in civil engineering.
• US and / or Australia Professional Engineer license will be considered favorably.
