Jobgether is seeking a senior Design Engineer based in Spain to own core UI end-to-end, translating distributed-system behavior into developer-friendly interfaces. You will work with engineers and the founding team to shape product direction, build scalable design systems, and drive performance in data-intensive apps.

Formación

• Strong production front-end engineering experience with React, TypeScript, modern HTML and CSS.
• Ability to independently take features from concept to deployment.
• A strong portfolio of shipped work demonstrating both design craft and the ability to build what you design.
• Excellent visual design sensibility and a consistently high bar for product quality.
• Strong information-design skills turning large data into clear interfaces.
• Experience building data-intensive interfaces with pagination, virtualization, filtering, or large datasets.
• Front-end performance expertise including profiling and reducing re-renders and bundle size.
• Ability to read API specs and backend code to inform UI design.
• Practical AI literacy to accelerate development.
• Experience with accessible, keyboard-first interfaces.
• Comfort implementing motion and interaction design directly in code.

Responsabilidades

• Architect, design, and ship core product UI features from concepts to production-ready implementation.
• Translate complex distributed-system behavior into clear interfaces for developers.
• Design interfaces communicating execution timelines, retries, queues, state, and failures.
• Build data-intensive experiences with large result sets, live updates, filtering, search, charts, timelines.
• Profile and resolve performance bottlenecks, including unnecessary re-renders and bundle-size issues.
• Maintain a consistent mental model across UI, SDKs, documentation, and product surfaces.
• Collaborate with engineers and founding team to shape product and design decisions.
• Establish scalable patterns that enable others to build consistently on the product.
