Jobgether is seeking a Senior Product Designer (Growth) to own design initiatives in the Growth stream. You will drive the end-to-end process from problem framing to post-launch iteration, turning complex journeys into clear experiences and working closely with Product and Engineering to balance quality with speed.

You will apply a data-driven approach, conduct usability and concept testing, and contribute to a growing Design System.

Formación

• 5+ years of professional experience designing digital products with strong ownership.
• Strong craft across interaction design and user journeys.
• Experience conducting user research and usability studies.
• Data-driven approach using product data and experiments.
• Ability to work autonomously as a senior contributor.

Responsabilidades

• Own design initiatives end-to-end within Growth, from framing to delivery.
• Create implementation-ready deliverables: flows, states, edge cases, content, criteria.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to clarify requirements and mitigate risks.
• Contribute to the Design System and extend patterns as needed.
• Integrate AI to accelerate exploration and delivery while maintaining clarity.
