As a Senior Deal Desk Analyst, you'll tackle the complexities of structuring contracts and managing post-sales changes to optimize outcomes for OneTrust and our customers. Your challenge lies in navigating diverse requests while maintaining compliance and ensuring a smooth deal process.

Your Mission

• Collaborate closely with the Go-To-Market (GTM) function and cross-functional teams to structure and configure deals for optimal outcomes, balancing customer requirements with internal policies and business objectives.
• Manage post-sales contractual changes, including amendments, restructures, and re-bills, ensuring timely and accurate processing to meet customer needs and business requirements.
• Ensure smooth deal progression by partnering with key stakeholders across Sales, Legal, Finance, and Revenue Recognition teams to resolve complex challenges and deliver impactful outcomes.
• Leverage your expertise in Salesforce or other CRM systems to provide user support and maintain data integrity, ensuring accurate and reliable contract management.
• Continuously identify opportunities for process improvements and provide insights to enhance the Quote-to-Bill workflow and business rules.

You Are

An experienced professional with a background in Deal Desk or Order Management, ideally within the SaaS or technology industry. You possess strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate effectively across teams to achieve common goals. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are committed to delivering high-quality service to both internal and external stakeholders. Ideally, you have a solid understanding of structuring deals within a SaaS company, ensuring optimal outcomes for both the organization and its customers.

Your Experience Includes

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or Accounting
• 5+ years of experience in Deal Desk or Order Management role or pricing strategy related
• Experience with Salesforce Configure, Price, Quote (CPQ)
• Ability to understand pricing and Legal contracts (Standard and non-standard)
• Can explain revenue metrics such as ARR, ACV, Churn
• Strong business acumen

• Supported transformative Quote to Cash initiatives
• Can build reports and Dashboards in Salesforce
• Understanding of CLM Solutions (e.g. Ironclad)
• Experience maintaining a repository of Deal Desk business rules and process flows
• Fluent in German
