Bookmap is seeking a highly experienced Business Operations & Data Analyst to drive data-informed decision-making across Finance, Product, Marketing, and Executive Leadership. The successful candidate will own the BI roadmap, company-wide business metric definitions, dashboard strategy, reporting quality, and executive-level insight generation.

The ideal candidate brings deep experience in high-tech B2C and SaaS environments, with a strong grasp of core subscription metrics and business models.

Formación

• 7+ years of experience in Business Operations, Data Analytics, or similar roles in high-tech B2C/SaaS environments.
• Strong understanding of subscription-based SaaS metrics and core SaaS metrics.
• Expertise in BI tools (Looker preferred; Tableau or similar platforms required).
• Advanced proficiency in SQL and data modeling; experience with modern data stacks is a plus.
• Professional-level English (written and verbal).

Responsabilidades

• Strategic Analysis & Insight Generation: identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities; surface insights to senior leadership.
• Executive Communication & Storytelling: synthesize data into clear narratives for executive audiences and cross-functional teams.
• Business Performance & Metrics Ownership: define, document, and govern key metrics across dashboards and reports.
• Data Infrastructure & Business operations Leadership: own data definitions, reporting models, and BI data requirements; collaborate on DWH and pipelines.
• Dashboard portfolio ownership: prioritize, improve usability, retire outdated reports, and ensure dashboards answer real business questions.
• Automate reporting and analytical processes; leverage AI-driven approaches to enhance analytics.
