VML MAP is seeking a Senior Data Insights Consultant to guide data-driven decisions for global campaigns. You will architect, build, and deploy analytics solutions across marketing platforms, partnering with strategy and tech teams to deliver impact.

You will mentor juniors, define data roadmaps, and translate business questions into actionable insights using SQL and BI tools in modern cloud environments. Strong communication and leadership are essential.

Formación

• 5+ years of experience in data, BI, analytics or reporting solutions in a consultant/agency context.
• Strong SQL development skills and production readiness.
• Build scalable dimensional data models and governance practices for accuracy and security.
• Experience with DBT transformations and data pipelines.
• Develop production-ready Power BI models and dashboards with advanced DAX.

Responsabilidades

• Architect, build, and deliver insights solutions; advise clients on leveraging data assets for large-scale campaigns.
• Perform advanced analysis to uncover patterns and opportunities informing client strategy.
• Design and run test-and-learn programs (A/B tests, incrementality) across channels.
• Collaborate with senior stakeholders to define questions and translate into data roadmaps.
• Lead or support data streams on large-scale projects for global brands; ensure scalable outcomes.
• Mentor juniors and collaborate with cross-functional teams to raise technical excellence.
