Ryanair Labs in Madrid is seeking a Data Scientist to join the BI team. You will lead development of advanced models to optimise pricing, segmentation, and forecasting, and communicate insights to stakeholders.

The role requires 3 years' experience in data science, strong Python/SQL, Databricks, and a commercially aware mindset. Hybrid work with three days remote per week at the heart of Madrid; travel discounts and health insurance discounts are available.

Formación

• 3 years professional experience in Data Science positions.
• Degree in Data Science (Masters/PhD preferable).
• Commercial value-added projects experience is essential.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the design, development, and deployment of advanced models and algorithms for pricing, segmentation, and forecasting.
• Analyze performance metrics and forecast demand to identify opportunities.
• Communicate insights clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Mentor team members and collaborate with cross-functional partners on best practices.
