We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated researcher to join our team in developing innovative solutions for energy storage. The successful candidate will have expertise in data science, statistical modeling, and predictive analytics.Implement statistical analysis, predictive modeling, and AI-driven insights to optimize battery performance.Collaborate with research partners to develop predictive models for battery behavior and degradation.Implement machine learning (ML) models and AI-driven algorithms for SOH and SOC estimation and battery health diagnostics.Work with large-scale experimental datasets – perform data processing, cleaning, and ETL (Extract, Transform, Load).Bridge laboratory work with AI-based predictive analytics to improve manufacturing and battery management systems.Battery setup and testing routine.Key Requirements :
Master's degree in physics, electronics, telecommunications, or related fields.Experience in data science, statistical modeling, and predictive analytics.Strong proficiency in Python, R, or MATLAB for data processing, AI, and ML modeling.Knowledge of battery SOH modeling, failure prediction, or degradation analysis is a plus.Strong analytical mindset and ability to work with cross-functional teams.Familiar with statistical methods and experimental design principles.Excellent communication and collaboration skills.What We Offer :
