Job summary

Creditstar Group in Spain is seeking a Senior Data Scientist to own the data science framework across the Group's products. You will drive data strategy and enable data-informed decisions in multiple markets.

You will build models, run experiments, and collaborate with Product and Risk teams while mentoring analysts. This role offers a dynamic, international environment with growth opportunities and flexible work options.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional data science experience.
• Strong SQL and Python expertise.
• Experience with ML models and statistical methods.
• Analytical thinker with ownership and collaboration.
• Proven ability to lead projects.

Responsibilities

• Build predictive models to forecast customer payment behavior.
• Design and analyze A/B experiments.
• Collaborate with product and risk teams for data-driven decisions.
• Mentor data analysts and other scientists.
• Define and align the data science strategy with management.
• Work with data engineers to improve data infrastructure.
• Share best practices in data processing and analytics.
• Lead data science projects.
