Moniepoint Group is seeking a Data Science Manager based in Spain to lead consumer credit data science efforts. This role will develop and scale a team focused on pricing and credit limit modeling, and you will influence decisions impacting millions of customers.

Formación

• Degree or qualifications in a quantitative field such as Statistics, Mathematics, or Engineering.
• 5+ years of experience in data science, decision science, or risk analytics.
• Working knowledge of credit risk and consumer lending.
• Proficiency in SQL and at least one programming language.

Responsabilidades

• Develop credit scoring, affordability, and behavioral models.
• Design and run experiments to optimize approval and loss rates.
• Partner with product squads to embed decision logic into systems.
• Ensure data quality and compliance in models.
• Mentor product squads on best practices in data-driven decision making.
