Benjamin is a fast-growing fintech startup delivering real cash rewards called MoMos. We seek an experienced Data Scientist to frame high-impact problems, optimize incentives, and deliver production ML solutions that drive engagement and conversion.

You’ll own experimentation, real-time recommendations, and build end-to-end data products with a strong emphasis on robust engineering practices. You’ll collaborate across product and marketing, ship models via APIs or batch jobs, and mentor the team

Formación

• Strong statistical judgment and experimentation expertise.
• Experience with recommendations, ranking, forecasting, uplift, or causal methods.
• Experience operating production data systems and cloud/data warehouse stacks.
• Ability to ship production data products and maintain reliable pipelines.

Responsabilidades

• Identify high-impact data problems and frame them around business impact.
• Improve rewards and incentives through uplift modeling and optimization.
• Real-time recommendations and content ranking for users.
• Own experiments and measurement across product and paid channels.
• Build features, datasets, and evaluation pipelines for ML models.
• Deploy models as batch jobs, APIs, or product features with reliable training/validation.
• Mentor the team and raise ML engineering standards at Benjamin.
