Your Responsibilities:

The Data Scientist is responsible for developing and implementing data-driven solutions, building predictive models, and deriving actionable insights from diverse data sets to support business decisions and strategic initiatives. This role involves applying data science techniques and collaborating with cross-functional teams to foster a data-driven culture within the organization.

• Develop and implement predictive models, machine learning algorithms, and statistical analyses to address business challenges and opportunities.
• Perform data exploration, cleaning, and preprocessing to prepare data for analysis and modeling.
• Translate data analysis into clear, actionable business insights and present findings to stakeholders.
• Work closely with data engineers, business analysts, and product managers to understand data needs and deliver effective data science solutions.
• Stay current with advancements in data science, machine learning, and AI, and integrate new techniques and tools into data science practices.
• Contribute to team knowledge sharing, code reviews, and collaborative projects.
• Quality and accuracy of predictive models as measured by key performance indicators (KPIs) such as precision, recall, F1 score, and AUC-ROC.
• Quantifiable impact of data science projects on business outcomes, such as revenue growth, cost reduction, or process optimization.
• Feedback from business stakeholders regarding the usability and effectiveness of data science solutions.
• Implementation of new data science techniques, tools, or methodologies to enhance analytics capabilities.
• Quality of contributions to team projects and collaborative efforts.

Experience and Skills:

• Good knowledge of Math and Statistics
• Good knowledge of Machine Learning algorithms
• Good knowledge of Big-Data technologies
• Good knowledge of AI new trends (e.g., LLM)
• Experience developing software with Python / R
• Experience with machine learning libraries and frameworks (e.g., scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch)
• Experience with data manipulation and analysis tools (e.g., Pandas, NumPy, SciPy)
• Proven track record in building and deploying predictive models and machine learning algorithms
• Background in statistical analysis, hypothesis testing, and A/B testing
• Experience working in agile scrum team
• Ability to manage multiple priorities
• Ability to find creative solutions for business and technical challenges
• Strong research skills, problem-solving, and analytical ability
• Enhanced presentation, negotiation, and communication skills – both written & oral
• Ability to develop strong business relationships across all levels of the business
• Able to reach a quick understanding of customer requirements, accurately interpret underlying needs, and change drivers
• Fluent in speaking and writing in English (must)
