Senior Data Scientist

We are looking for a motivated Linux System Administrator to provide technical support and ensure the stability and efficiency of our database and integration services platform.

Responsibilities

• Installs, upgrades and administers the platform and the logical and physical requirements to support the applications and systems environment.
• Provides technical support and maintains consistent configuration, implementation, operation and support of a single Application Services platform.
• Complies with OLAs and Quality / Validation requirements.
• Ensures ITSM framework, processes, tools and SOPs are implemented, utilized and supported end to end.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of professional experience in Linux Server administration.
• 2 years working with large infrastructure.
• ITIL based knowledge in design and deployment of Linux architecture.
• Migration process support.
• Support on global patching process.
• Experience working on migration of Red Hat, Solaris, and others.
• Experience in monitoring systems and network management HP-UX and NNM.
• Multiservice configured Unix / Linux SAN disks-volume-filesystem management for virtual servers.
• Cluster Unix / Linux creation or modification.
• Unix / Linux update software depots or satellite channels.
• Experience in changing kernel parameters.
