What you will do

We are seeking a seasoned and strategic Senior Data Scientist to join our high-impact Data Science team. This leadership role involves guiding data initiatives that influence key decisions across product, sales, marketing, operations, and customer experience. You will collaborate with stakeholders to drive innovation through advanced analytics, predictive modeling, and machine learning solutions—transforming complex data into tangible business outcomes at scale. A typical day

• Lead the development and deployment of scalable machine learning solutions and advanced analytics for high-impact use cases.
• Partner with senior business leaders to identify opportunities for data science to support strategic initiatives.
• Design, implement, and evaluate experimentation frameworks, including A/B testing and causal inference.
• Manage and improve production-grade scoring models, recommendation systems, and automation tools.
• Mentor and provide technical leadership to mid-level and junior data scientists.
• Oversee the full lifecycle of data science projects—from concept to deployment and monitoring.
• Promote best practices in model development, testing, and ML Ops pipelines.
• Collaborate with data engineering, product, and operations teams to ensure scalable solutions.
• Represent as a subject matter expert in external and cross-team collaborations.
• Evaluate and adopt new technologies, methodologies, and tools to push boundaries.
• Translate complex data insights into clear business narratives for diverse stakeholders.

What you need to succeed

• MSc or PhD in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, or related fields.
• 5+ years of experience in data science, with leadership or strategic project ownership preferred.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence decisions.
• Proven experience leading end-to-end data science projects with measurable outcomes.
• Advanced proficiency in Python.
• Strong skills in SQL and data wrangling at scale.
• Deep understanding of statistical modeling, machine learning, and experimentation.
• Experience working in cloud environments (Google Cloud, AWS, or Azure), including deployment and infrastructure management.
• Knowledge of software engineering best practices (version control, testing, CI/CD).
• Experience with Docker, containerization, and orchestration tools.
• Demonstrated ability to mentor and coach team members.
• Hands-on experience with Large Language Models (LLMs), including integration and fine-tuning.
• Practical knowledge of MLOps frameworks and practices (model monitoring, CI/CD for ML).
• Experience building and deploying APIs for machine learning applications.

Bonus Points For

• Experience with Apache Airflow for orchestrating data and ML pipelines.
• Familiarity with Model Context Protocol (MCP).
• Knowledge of Agentic AI architectures.
