Join us to contribute to our enterprise priority of driving innovation through data & digital. You will be responsible for creating data science solutions that turn data into actionable insights in close collaboration with our business stakeholders. Projects will focus on our global Healthcare Research & Development operations, ranging from optimizing clinical trials to regulatory submissions and natural language processing including Generative AI.

As a Senior Data Scientist, you will:

• Contribute expertise to critical projects by consulting on potential solutions, guiding the implementation team, and building solutions yourself.
• Manage stakeholders, present results, coordinate work packages for the project team, and implement algorithms.
• Plan and lead the development of data analytics techniques, methodologies, and solutions using statistical, machine learning, and other modeling methods.
• Help internal customers understand and implement the results.
• Leverage a modern advanced analytics ecosystem built on AWS, Snowflake, and Palantir Foundry cloud technology.
• Collaborate closely with international business teams, the IT team at headquarters, and data & analytics developer teams in India and Europe.

Who you are :

• Master's or PhD in Mathematics, Physics, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 to 6 years of professional experience outside academia, ideally in Healthcare Research & Development.
• Strong drive to identify new use cases leveraging data science to improve business processes.
• Expertise in Machine Learning, Statistics, and Predictive Modeling; experience in natural language processing is a plus.
• Experience with data & analytics solutions such as AWS, Snowflake, or Palantir Foundry.
• Proficiency in Python, especially PySpark, Pandas, and scikit-learn.
• Excellent English communication skills, capable of effectively communicating with both business teams and developers.
