Role's Mission:

We are looking for a Senior Data Quality Manager to lead our data quality and statistical analysis strategy. This role is crucial for ensuring that our data accurately mirrors consumer habits, preferences, and trends—empowering our clients to make data-driven decisions with confidence.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement data quality strategies tailored to consumer panel data (households, shoppers, etc.).
  • Supervise the integrity, consistency, and representativeness of data collected through multiple channels (surveys, scanners, apps, etc.).
  • Lead a team of analysts, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
  • Apply advanced statistical techniques to ensure the validity and robustness of insights.
  • Collaborate with operations, IT, Client Service, and leadership teams to align data initiatives with business goals.
  • Clearly communicate findings and recommendations to both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Manage projects aimed at improving data collection, validation, and enrichment processes.
  • Evaluate and implement new technologies and methodologies to optimize panel data quality and analysis.
Requirements:
  • Degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Sociology, Data Science, IT, Market Research, or a related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in data analysis, data quality, or statistics, preferably within consumer panels or market research environments.
  • Proven experience leading teams and managing cross-functional projects.
  • Deep knowledge of sampling, weighting, imputation, and data validation methodologies.
  • Proficiency in statistical tools (R, Python, SPSS, etc.) and data visualization platforms (Power BI, Tableau).
  • Familiarity with databases and data management tools (SQL, ETL, DWH).
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • High level of Spanish and English (spoken and written).
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in consumer panel companies, market research, or FMCG industries.
  • Knowledge of continuous panel methodologies, brand tracking, or longitudinal studies.
  • Certifications in data quality management or statistical methodologies.
  • Experience with digital data collection tools (mobile apps, purchase scanners, etc.).
