Launchmetrics is seeking a Senior Builder with data expertise to own missions on our Data Collection and Enrichment Systems. You’ll drive end-to-end data initiatives, from scoping to adoption, within a fast-paced SaaS environment.

You’ll work across acquisition, enrichment including AI-based components, and data management, shaping our data strategy with the VP of Product and collaborating with engineers and business stakeholders worldwide.

Qualificações

• Around 5 years in product management or data management, ideally shipping alongside engineers in a SaaS environment.
• Fluent in SQL and comfortable with data modelling, pipelines and APIs.
• Understand the data lifecycle, from acquisition to delivery; assess and improve data quality.
• A few years working on data, analytics or data-product problems alongside engineers.
• Business sense about fashion/luxury brands data needs.
• A real discovery instinct: start from the problem, talk to users, measure fuzzy needs.
• Self-sufficient across crafts: can do enough product thinking and rough interface reasoning to keep a pod moving.
• Clear and trusted communicator with both technical and business people; team relies on you as a reference.
• Fluent English; our international team welcomes other languages as a bonus.

Responsabilidades

• Talk to your users and turn needs into measurable product requirements; work with engineers daily to deliver them.
• Own missions end to end: scope, build, enable and monitor adoption for Data Platform missions.
• Master our data flow across acquisition, enrichment, and management to speed data delivery and reliability.
• Define the metrics and KPIs for adoption and performance; analyse them and feed learnings back into prioritisation.
• Stay close to the market: monitor brand measurement trends to sharpen thinking.
• Collaborate with engineers, business stakeholders and leadership, speaking the right language to each.
• Raise the bar around tooling and processes to sharpen the data domain over time.
