Manychat is seeking a Data Engineer to strengthen our data platform. You’ll design and optimize pipelines, collaborate with analysts and ML scientists, and explore new tools to scale analytics.

This hybrid role offers relocation support, health insurance, professional development budget, and generous leave. You’ll work across our international data team to deliver reliable datasets for business insight.

Formación

• Proven experience in Data Engineering, with a strong focus on platform and infrastructure.
• Hands-on experience with cloud and data infrastructure (AWS, Snowflake, Redis).
• Ability to translate business needs into scalable solutions and communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• You actively follow new developments in the data ecosystem and aren’t afraid to test new tools when they add value.
• Familiarity with modern data tools such as dbt, Dagster, Prefect, and data observability platforms.
• Strong SQL expertise for large-scale querying and optimization, plus experience designing and building ETL/ELT pipelines.
• Proficiency in Python for data processing.
• Solid understanding of data modeling and data warehouse architectures.
• Experience implementing DevOps practices (Git, CI/CD, containerization with Docker/Kubernetes).

• Stay ahead of the curve: Explore emerging data tools and technologies, experimenting with new approaches that strengthen our platform.
• Build scalable pipelines: Design, develop, and optimize data pipelines that ingest, process, and deliver reliable data.
• Ensure data quality & security: Implement monitoring, governance, and best practices to keep systems accurate and compliant.
• Collaborate & enable: Partner with Analysts, ML Scientists, and Engineers to deliver structured datasets.
• Innovate: Experiment with advanced data modelling to improve system capabilities.
