Senior Insights Analyst (Relocation to Malta Required) Join BrainRocket as a Senior Insights Analyst. This role requires relocating to our office in Birkirkara, Malta, with relocation assistance available.

We are seeking a Senior Insights Analyst to analyze complex datasets, derive actionable insights, support strategic decision-making, and enhance business performance.

Minimum of 5 years experience in a similar role

Proficiency in SQL and R or Python

Strong knowledge of statistical methods and machine learning techniques

Experience in presenting data findings and knowledge sharing

Data Analysis and Interpretation :

Analyze large datasets to identify trends and insights

Interpret complex data sets and communicate findings clearly

Advanced Analytics :

Apply statistical methods and machine learning for predictive and prescriptive analyses

Develop models to support business decisions

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand needs and provide data-driven solutions

Act as a liaison between analytics and other departments

Mentorship and Training :

Mentor junior analysts and promote best practices

Conduct training to improve data literacy within the organization
