Allianz Technology seeks a data engineer to design, build and optimize data pipelines and models supporting customer analytics and decision-making. You will operate data marts and migrate Oracle systems to dbt and Snowflake, while implementing transformations to ensure data quality and reliability.

You will collaborate with analysts and stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable solutions, maintain performance, and contribute to documentation.

Formación

• Degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Proven experience in design, development and operation of complex data warehouse environments.
• Strong SQL skills and experience with data transformation and ETL processes, including dbt and Snowflake.

Responsabilidades

• Design, build and optimize data pipelines and models that drive insights and decision-making.
• Operate and maintain data marts and prepare Oracle systems for migration to dbt and Snowflake.
• Design, develop, and maintain scalable data models and pipelines using dbt and Snowflake.
• Collaborate with data analysts and business stakeholders to translate requirements into robust technical solutions.
• Implement data transformation processes to ensure data quality, consistency, and reliability.
• Optimize database performance and query execution, ensuring efficient data retrieval and processing.
• Develop documentation and provide training to team members on data product functionalities and best practices.
