Job summary

Adikteev, a mobile-focused AdTech company, seeks a Senior Product Data Analyst to drive data-backed roadmap decisions. You will partner with Product, ML, Data, and Engineering teams to turn business questions into measurable metrics and actionable insights, supporting growth across gaming and e-commerce clients.

Based in Europe, you will own KPI definitions, build dashboards, and monitor performance while collaborating with a multicultural team.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in product analytics or a closely related role in AdTech, gaming, or tech.
• Experience partnering with Product Managers to assess opportunities and support roadmap decisions.
• Proven ability to evaluate impact of product features, launches, and user journeys with business metrics.
• Experience defining KPIs and monitoring their evolution, translating findings into concrete recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Support the Product team in prioritizing projects in the backlog based on business impact.
• Quantify the opportunity behind proposed product evolutions.
• Communicate the business impact of recently rolled out features.
• Define KPIs for new features and set up dashboards/reports to track them.
• Monitor KPI evolution and suggest improvements to optimize performance.
• Collaborate with ML teams and PMs to propose new roadmap ideas.
• Provide analytics support to Adikteev employees using internal tools.
