AstraZeneca is seeking a Senior Data Engineer for the Drug Development Data Platform (3DP) to build and operate scalable AWS-based ETL/ELT pipelines and REST APIs providing clinical trial data to stakeholders. This role sits in the Data & Analytics, R&D IT group with global collaborators across the US, UK, India, and Spain.

• Proficient Python development and data engineering experience.
• Hands-on AWS experience and cloud data tooling.
• Strong SQL skills, preferably PostgreSQL.
• Experience with ETL/ELT pipelines and data integration.
• DevOps mindset with GitHub Actions or similar.

• Design, build, and maintain scalable ETL/ELT pipelines on AWS.
