team.blue is seeking a Senior Data Engineer to develop and maintain the central data platform for the customer domain across 60+ brands. You will build scalable data products, govern data assets, and drive AI and BI initiatives with a focus on performance and reliability.

You will lead ETL/ELT pipelines, collaborate across Analytics, ML, and AI teams, and mentor engineers while shaping secure, cost‑effective data architectures.

Formación

• 7+ years of professional data engineering experience.
• Advanced degree (Masters or PhD) in Computer Science, STEM, or related field.
• Proven track record deploying high‑performing data solutions.

Responsabilidades

• Design and deliver scalable data products providing a unified source of truth across 60+ brands.
• Build and optimize ETL/ELT pipelines for large data volumes with low latency.
• Lead secure, cost‑efficient data architectures and governance practices.
• Implement data lineage, metadata management, and quality controls for AI/ML use cases.
• Collaborate with Analytics, ML, and AI teams to translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Tune pipelines for performance, focusing on indexing and schema evolution.
• Mentor junior engineers and foster technical excellence.
