Emburse in Barcelona, Spain, seeks a data engineer to build pipelines that power the data warehouse and data lakes, ensuring data security and enabling AI and analytics features across Emburse products.

You will work in a fast-moving Platform analytics team using Snowflake, Databricks/Spark, AWS and Looker, delivering scalable data solutions and quality documentation. The role requires 4+ years in data engineering and strong SQL, Python or Java, with experience in modern data platforms.

Formación

• 4+ years of data engineering experience.
• Advanced SQL knowledge with relational/columnar databases.
• Experience with Python or Java in production data pipelines.
• Familiarity with secure software development practices.
• Experience with modern data platforms (Snowflake, AWS, Databricks) is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Develops data pipelines for ingestion, transformation and analytics.
• Builds analytical tools to model and visualize data for stakeholders.
• Interprets ad-hoc data requests and translates into data operations.
• Automates manual processes and monitors data quality.
