Job summary

Zynga is seeking a data analytics professional to join our Central Analytics team in Barcelona. You will implement and optimize SQL across large datasets, build data marts, and develop scalable data tools and AI-powered workflows to shape player experience and game growth.

You will collaborate with game and marketing analysts, learn quickly in a fast-paced environment, and contribute to end-to-end AI pipelines and tooling across multiple games.

Qualifications

• A bachelor degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Eng, CS, Math, Stats or Physics).
• Advanced SQL skills, including CTEs, query optimization, and large-scale data warehouses.
• Experience building and maintaining data pipelines in production with Airflow, Docker, S3, and CI/CD workflows.
• Advanced experience in Python for production-level data analytics.
• Basic to intermediate experience integrating LLMs or working with generative AI tools.
• Collaborative team player who builds trust and communicates openly.

Responsibilities

• Write and optimize complex SQL queries to support experimentation and model feature engineering across large-scale player datasets.
• Design, build, and maintain cross-game data marts, providing clean transformed data for Analysts.
• Develop scalable, reusable data tools and frameworks across game teams.
• Partner with game analytics teams to co-design and maintain data tools used across applications.
• Build and maintain end-to-end AI pipelines to support Analysts’ day-to-day tasks.
• Share knowledge by educating analysts on coding and software engineering best practices.
