Socialpoint in Barcelona seeks an experienced Analytics Engineer to build data marts, tools, and AI-powered workflows that improve player experience and drive game growth using a modern stack.

You will write complex SQL, design cross-game data marts, develop scalable code, and build end-to-end AI pipelines. Become part of a collaborative, fast-paced team shaping data-driven decisions across titles.

Hybrid working from our Barcelona office with relocation support for the right candidate.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Engineering, Computer Science, Maths, Statistics or Physics).
• Advanced SQL skills with CTEs, optimization, and large-scale data warehouses.
• Experience building data pipelines in production with Airflow, Docker, S3, and CI/CD workflows.
• Advanced Python for production-level data analytics solutions.
• Experience with LLMs or generative AI tools and workflows.

Responsibilities

• Write and optimize complex SQL queries for experiments and feature engineering across large player datasets.
• Design, build, and maintain cross-game data marts for analysts.
• Develop scalable, reusable code, tools, and frameworks used across game teams.
• Partner with game analytics teams to co-design and maintain data tools and products.
• Build and maintain end-to-end AI pipelines to support day-to-day analyst tasks.
• Share knowledge by educating analysts on coding and software engineering best practices.
