Click&Boat is the leading European boat rental platform. Our marketplace aims to make boating accessible around the world, and to provide private and professional boat owners with additional income from boat rentals.

Since our conception in 2013 we have grown substantially and we have acquired 3 companies in 3 different European countries (Spain, Germany, and France) these last 4 years. In 2022, our growth has been powered by an incoming major equity fund and the world’s largest boating marketplace.

So far, we are opened for business in more than 50 countries and 600 destinations, and we are also a diverse team of 200 employees from 20 different countries.

Our headquarters are based in Paris on a barge moored on the Seine River, and we also have offices in Barcelona!

Team :

The HR team is spread across France and Spain. The recruitment team, led by Julie, is based in Spain and consists of an average of 4 to 5 people. In addition to recruitment, Julie also manages career development and HR projects—she will be your manager.

Administrative tasks are handled from Paris by another Julie (yes, there are two! But don’t worry, being named Julie isn’t a requirement to join the team ).

Finally, Tiphaine, our VP of HR, leads the team from Paris.

Missions :

• Managing employee mobility – Handling the arrival of new hires in Spain, including administrative processes (NIE, TIE, visas, etc.).
• Supporting employees – Helping them understand their contracts, payslips, and other HR-related matters.
• Overseeing workplace well-being – Organizing events, weekly breakfasts, and ensuring the office is well-stocked with essentials (mail, supplies, fresh fruit, microwaves, milk, etc.).
• Onboarding Newcomers – Ensuring a smooth arrival for new hires by providing their hardware (computers, accessories, etc.) and serving as the main point of contact for any IT-related needs regarding hardware, acting as a liaison with the Helpdesk team based in Paris which handles all software-related issues and remote troubleshooting.
• HR & Recruitment Support – Depending on your availability, you may also take on tasks related to recruitment and ongoing HR projects.
