As Sales and Marketing Analyst, you will be Accountable for:

1. Evaluating products’ performance and proposing strategies to increase sales and profitability;
2. Setting up, tracking, and analyzing various promotions, suggesting strategies to maximize sales and profitability;
3. Conducting market research on products, competitors, prices, and segment-specific trends;
4. Analyzing data and providing insights that support business decisions;
5. Generating daily, weekly, monthly, and ad hoc reports using Google Sheets, PowerBI, and other business reporting tools;
6. Developing and monitoring key performance indicators;
7. Developing pricing strategy and assessing the impact of price changes on product sales performance;
8. Enhancing efficiency through process automation.

Who are you?

1. You identify problems, opportunities, and solutions for the business, analyze sales trends, and develop growth plans for products;
2. You are passionate about developing hard data and metrics to back up assumptions and make recommendations;
3. You love conducting research on product development, bringing ideas, and implementing strategies that drive sales growth;
4. You have outstanding skills and a minimum of 2 years of Amazon experience analyzing sales and marketing data;
5. You have advanced analytical and quantitative skills as well as extensive knowledge of Google Sheets and Excel;
6. You have experience in developing analytical reporting and interactive dashboards in Power BI and SQL;
7. You have the ability to communicate clearly and effectively, and you collaborate effectively with teammates and management on problem definition and solving;
8. Your attention to detail is beyond all expectations;
9. Upper-intermediate English with excellent written, communication, and presentation skills;
