What will you do?

The work focuses on designing and building scalable architectures for Data Lakes and Data Warehouses to centralize and ensure the quality and accessibility of data. It involves implementing and managing ETL processes to extract, transform, and load data from multiple sources. Advanced techniques are applied to transform and enrich data, ensuring alignment with business requirements. The infrastructure is primarily cloud-based, utilizing AWS (S3, Athena, Glue, SageMaker, etc.).

Additionally, the work encompasses managing both relational and non-relational databases (e.g., SQL, PostgreSQL, or HDFS).

What do we value?

Essential:

• Data Engineer with experience in Python and PySpark; this will be part of your daily work.
• Experience with AWS cloud services (S3, Athena, Glue, SageMaker, etc.).
• Experience with databases using SQL, PostgreSQL, or HDFS.
• Experience in gathering technical requirements. You will be in continuous contact with the business team.

Desirable:

• Data visualization tools (Tableau or Power BI).
• Experience in data orchestration.
• Previous experience in banking / knowledge of banking (risk vertical).
