As Sales and Marketing Analyst, you will be Accountable for :

• Evaluating products’ performance and proposing strategies to increase sales and profitability;
• Setting up, tracking, and analyzing various promotions, suggesting strategies to maximize sales and profitability;
• Conducting market research on products, competitors, prices, and segment-specific trends;
• Analyzing data and providing insights that support business decisions;
• Generating daily, weekly, monthly, and ad hoc reports using Google Sheets, PowerBI, and other business reporting tools;
• Developing and monitoring key performance indicators;
• Developing pricing strategy and assessing the impact of price changes on product sales performance;
• Enhancing efficiency through process automation.

Who are you?

• You identify problems, opportunities, and solutions for the business, analyze sales trends, and develop growth plans for products;
• You are passionate about developing hard data and metrics to back up assumptions and make recommendations;
• You love conducting research on product development, bringing ideas, and implementing strategies that drive sales growth;
• You have outstanding skills and a minimum of 2 years of Amazon experience analyzing sales and marketing data;
• You have advanced analytical and quantitative skills as well as extensive knowledge of Google Sheets and Excel;
• You have experience in developing analytical reporting and interactive dashboards in Power BI and SQL;
• You have the ability to communicate clearly and effectively, and you collaborate effectively with teammates and management on problem definition and solving;
• Your attention to detail is beyond all expectations;
• Upper-intermediate English with excellent written, communication, and presentation skills;
• Located in CET timezone + / -2h.
