We are seeking an experienced IT professional to support local systems, ensure smooth plant operations, and provide first-line technical support in a manufacturing setting.

Responsibilities :
  • Supporting and maintaining Windows servers, workstations (Windows 10 / 11), backups, and networking infrastructure
  • Monitoring LAN / WAN performance, ensuring data integrity and IT security
  • Troubleshooting hardware / software issues, including mobile and office devices
  • Managing IT operations during production shifts and maintaining spare equipment stock
  • Ensuring compliance with IT policies, ISMS, and SOX standards
  • Keeping system documentation, procedures, and asset inventory updated
Requirements :
  • 3+ years in IT support (manufacturing experience preferred)
  • Solid knowledge of Windows Server, MS SQL, VMware, Cisco networks (switches, Wi-Fi, TCP / IP, DNS, DHCP)
  • Degree in IT or related field; certifications such as MCSE, MCSA, CCNA, or VMware are a plus
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills, flexible for shift work and local travel (within 30 km of Burgos)
