This company is one of the biggest and most successful businesses within their niche FinTech market space and has massive plans to build new Tech, Data & Delivery teams in 2025. This follows a hugely successful 10+ years during which they have established themselves in multiple countries and received numerous industry awards.

They partner with some of the biggest global FinTech companies and process various data types, which is where this role comes in. They are seeking a Senior Data Engineer to contribute to their growing data platform, developing infrastructure for their data finance product suite. Ideal candidates will have a FinTech background, solid experience as a Data Engineer, and familiarity with the skills listed below.

This role is based in Malaga, Spain, and requires candidates to have Russian and English language skills to facilitate communication across global teams. A relocation package to Spain is offered, and once onboarded, you will work two days a week in their central Malaga offices.

Role Responsibilities:

1. Minimum of 3 years' experience as a Data Engineer.
2. Strong understanding and experience with Python.
3. Experience working with Apache Airflow / Airflow DAGS.
4. Design, develop, and test ETL processes.
5. Good collaboration skills and ability to work across global teams.
6. Aiming to step into a more senior role, if not already.
