Data Engineer / Developer – Renewable Energy Trading Madrid

• Hybrid (2 days in-office) Join a high-growth renewable energy trading company at the forefront of the energy transition. Based in Madrid, this is a unique opportunity to work in a hybrid setup (2 days in-office), owning and evolving our Dataiku platform to power smarter, faster decisions across the business. What you'll do : Own and evolve the Dataiku platform : develop connectors, APIs, plugins, and automate pipelines Guide and empower stakeholders to deliver high-impact data projects Maintain a custom-built management app complementing Dataiku Ensure platform reliability : manage cloud infra, automate ops, and ensure performance Collaborate with cross-functional teams across Europe What we're looking for : 5 years’ experience as a Developer, Data Engineer or similar using Python Ownership mindset : drive solutions independently, proactively and with clarity Customer-focused and highly collaborative across teams Strong communicator (English required, Spanish highly recommended) Solid experience with Python, Git, Linux, cloud development Bonus : Web apps, Kubernetes, LLMs, Databricks, Snowflake, Dataiku Preferred background : Degree in Software Engineering, Maths, Physics or similar Experience in international or multicultural environments Benefits : Salaries between 50-60,000 euro Bonus 10-20% Private Medical Cover Benefits Package Help shape the future of clean energy through powerful data solutions.
