Intracon Consulting is a 360º HR consultancy office made up of expert professionals in this field, with more than 10 years of experience with clients such as Hewlett-Packard (HP). The company is part of Intracon Spain, along with Intracon Marketing Solutions: a global agency that helps B2B companies achieve their goals with creative Marketing and Sales solutions.

We are looking for a Data-Driven Specialist & Contract Specialist to join our team and provide support to Operations & Data Management division of one of our main clients, the multinational technology company HP (Hewlett-Packard).

About the role: We are seeking a dynamic and highly motivated individual with a passion for data, a positive attitude, and exceptional team-building skills. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in drafting and managing contracts with detailed technical specifications. This role requires a balance of analytical prowess, collaboration, and meticulous attention to detail, ensuring our organization’s data-driven initiatives align with contractual obligations and technical requirements.

• Location: Sant Cugat del Vallès
• Project’s length: 12 months, extendable

Main responsibilities:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project needs and translate them into precise contract terms with technical specifications.
• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and compliance standards.
• Leverage data analytics to inform contract strategies, risk assessments, and decision-making processes.
• Foster a positive team culture, encouraging collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
• Act as a liaison between technical teams and legal/compliance departments to bridge gaps and streamline communication.
• Develop and maintain contract templates, documentation, and version control processes.
• Provide training and guidance to team members on contract management best practices and technical language interpretation.
• Continuously monitor industry trends, regulations, and emerging technologies to enhance contract effectiveness and relevance.

Background & Skills:

• Graduate in Business, Law, Data Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in contract writing, especially with technical specifications (e.g., software, engineering, or data-related projects).
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to leverage data insights for strategic decision-making.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a track record of building and nurturing high-performing teams.
• Detail-oriented mindset with exceptional organizational and project management capabilities.
• Proficiency in contract management software and data analysis tools.
• Fluent English.
