This company is one of the biggest and most successful businesses within their niche FinTech market space and has massive plans to build new Tech, Data & Delivery teams in 2025. This follows a hugely successful 10+ years where they have established themselves in multiple countries and received numerous industry awards.

They partner with some of the biggest global FinTech companies and process various data types, which is where this role comes in. They are looking for a Senior Data Engineer to contribute to their growing data platform, developing infrastructure for their data finance product suite. Candidates ideally should have a FinTech background, solid experience as a Data Engineer, and familiarity with the skills listed below.

This role is based in Malaga, Spain, and requires Russian & English language skills to facilitate communication across global teams. They offer a relocation package to Spain, and once onboarded, the role involves working 2 days a week in their central Malaga office.

Role Responsibilities:

1. Minimum of 3 years' experience as a Data Engineer.
2. Strong understanding and experience with Python.
3. Experience with Apache Airflow / Airflow DAGs.
4. Design, develop, and test ETL processes.
5. Good collaboration skills and ability to work across global teams.
6. Looking to advance into a more senior role, if not already there.
