En este papel de alto impacto, serás responsable de todo el ciclo de ventas, desde la prospección hasta el cierre y la incorporación de nuevos socios hoteleros. Formación

  • 5+ años de experiencia en ventas, preferiblemente en hospitalidad o tecnología.
  • Capacidad comprobada para vender soluciones tecnológicas a altos ejecutivos.

Responsabilidades

  • Identificar y prospectar grupos hoteleros que se beneficien de la plataforma.
  • Negociar y cerrar acuerdos, gestionando todo el ciclo de ventas.

Turneo is revolutionising how hotel groups sell experiences by providing a seamless digital platform to connect guests with in-house and third-party experiences. We empower hotels to enhance guest satisfaction and drive incremental revenue through curated activities, excursions, and services. We are backed by world’s leading investors who previously invested in companies like Shopify, Twilio, Anthropic and LinkedIn.

We are looking for a dynamic and driven Commercial Director to expand our presence in Iberia. This is a high-impact role where you will own the full sales cycle, from prospecting and pitching to closing and onboarding new hotel partners.

Responsibilities

  1. Identify and prospect hotel groups that can benefit from Turneo’s platform
  2. Engage and nurture leads through targeted outreach, meetings, and industry events
  3. Present tailored solutions to hotel decision-makers, demonstrating how Turneo enhances guest experience and revenue
  4. Negotiate and close deals, managing the full sales cycle to successfully onboard partners
  5. Build long-term relationships with stakeholders to drive adoption
  6. Manage ongoing hotel partner relationships through strategic plans and QBRs, ensuring they maximise the value from Turneo’s platform.
  7. Identify upsell and expansion opportunities, proactively working with hotel partners to increase their revenue and guest engagement.
  8. Collaborate with internal teams to refine sales strategies and improve product-market fit
  9. Track and analyze performance, using data insights to optimise the sales approach

What we're looking for:

  1. 5+ years of consultative sales experience, preferably in hospitality, travel tech, or SaaS
  2. Proven ability to pitch and sell technology-driven solutions to senior stakeholders
  3. Strong commercial acumen with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  4. Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
  5. Fluency in English and Spanish; Portuguese is a plus
  6. Self-starter with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
