Technical Solutions Expert

We are seeking a skilled Technical Solutions Expert to join our team in Málaga, Spain. As a key member of our engineering team, you will design and develop robust, scalable, and secure data and analytics solutions that meet the complex needs of our clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement end-to-end technical architecture across multiple projects.
• Provide technical leadership to engineering teams, guiding decisions on architecture, tooling, and implementation best practices.
• Translate client needs into actionable designs, ensuring maintainability, performance, and alignment with product capabilities.
• Act as a key technical point of contact for delivery teams and stakeholders, resolving challenges and ensuring delivery quality.
• Mentor and upskill engineers and analysts, contributing to a culture of knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.

Required Skills

• Proven experience in technical architecture and system design, ideally across complex data-focused platforms.
• Strong coding background in Scala, Spark, Java, or Python, with a deep understanding of software engineering principles.
• Experience working with large-scale data systems, including data integration, quality assurance, and handling evolving data structures.
• Solid understanding of non-functional requirements such as scalability, security, and performance optimisation.
• Familiarity with version control (Git), unit testing, and CI / CD practices.
