We are seeking a visionary Head of Finance to lead our finance team. Reporting directly to the CEO, this role is crucial in shaping financial strategy and ensuring operational excellence globally.

Location: Spain (remote)

Duties & Responsibilities:

1. Financial Strategy and Planning: Develop and execute financial strategies, forecast trends, and plan long-term financial goals. Identify growth opportunities and cost efficiencies.
2. Financial Reporting and Compliance: Ensure accurate financial statements, regulatory compliance, and manage relationships with auditors to maintain transparency.
3. Budgeting and Cost Management: Oversee departmental budgets and monitor expenditures to meet financial objectives.
4. Capital Management: Manage cash flow, liquidity, investments, and capital structure. Negotiate funding with banks and investors.
5. Business Strategy: Advise the CEO and board on financial implications of strategic decisions, including M&A opportunities.
